Returns

At Audio Media Grading (AMG), the return policy is designed with the collector in mind, emphasizing fairness and transparency in the grading process. The policy reflects the company's commitment to providing a reliable service while ensuring that collectors are protected in their transactions.

AMG recognizes that the grading of collectibles, such as vinyl records, cassettes, and CDs, is a nuanced process. Collectors often submit items without full awareness of the specific criteria that may lead to a refusal of grading. Therefore, AMG has established a policy that aims to mitigate any potential dissatisfaction that may arise from such situations.

When an item is submitted for grading and is subsequently deemed 'Refused', AMG will issue a 50% credit of the base grading cost back to the collector's account. This credit can be utilized for future submissions, thereby allowing collectors to continue engaging with the grading service without incurring a total loss. It is important to note that express fees and insurance costs are non-refundable, as these services are rendered regardless of the grading outcome.

This approach not only protects the financial interests of collectors but also reinforces AMG's dedication to maintaining the integrity of the grading process. By ensuring that all items are authenticated as complete, original, non-restored, and not reproductions, AMG upholds a standard that is essential for preserving the value of music collectibles.

In summary, AMG's return policy is structured to provide a fair resolution for collectors while maintaining a high standard of service. The issuance of a credit for refused items reflects a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ongoing support of the collector community. Understanding these policies is crucial for collectors as they navigate the grading process, ensuring that they are well-informed and prepared for their submissions.
